Sensors
- No Gyroscope ?

Check if your device have a gyroscope on the specification website of your phone. If not, you need to at least an accelerometer AND a compass. Otherwise, it can't work.
- My Sensors are not smooth

Some devices don't have a Gyroscope, so we emulate it with other available sensors (accelerometer and compass). Unfortunately, it's not possible to have the same smoothness because of the nature of the other sensors.
- My Sensors seems crazy

Some devices don't have a Gyroscope, so we emulate it with other available sensors (accelerometer and compass). Compass need calibration. in order to calibrate your phone, turn it again and again in every axes (X/Y/Z).
Purchases & account synchronizations
- I already purchased Video 360 but when I reinstall it, it's not UNLOCKED anymore

You have to use the "Buy" button on the Windows Phone Store (if you use the "Try" button it will fails), it says "you already bought it" then install it and Video 360 become unlocked again.
If it doesn't works, try to restart your phone and reinstall Video 360.
If the tip doesn't help, you have to contact the Microsoft Support here : http://commerce.microsoft.com.
Just keep in mind that the purchases are handled by MICROSOFT servers, not by developers.
- I have paid twice, is it normal ?

No, you don't have to pay twice. Contact Microsoft at http://commerce.microsoft.com to be refund.
- I already bought Video 360 for Windows Phone or Windows 8, do I have to rebuy it for the other platform ?

No, all purchases are synchronized on Windows and Windows Phone (if you use the same Microsoft account !)
- I have a new phone, is my Purchase is synchronised ?

Yes, you only have to use the same email account as your previous smartphone. If you have any trouble, have a look to the previous questions.
- I would like a refund, who I need to contact ?

Developers can't refund because all the purchases are handled by MICROSOFT, so you have to contact the Microsoft Support here : http://commerce.microsoft.com

- Touch commands

Slide right-left or top-bottom in order to move inside the video. Pinch in or pinch out to zoom.
- Mouse commands

Hold and move the mouse to move inside the video. Use the wheel to zoom.
- Keyboard commands

Arrow keys (Left,Right,Up,Down) : Move inside the video
Key S : Rotate Z to the left
Key D : Rotate Z to the right
Key P or Escape : Play / Pause
Keys Add,Remove (+,-) : Zoom
CTRL : Hold it to accelerate the move
- XBOX gamepad commands

L or R pad : Move inside the video
Button LB : Rotate Z to the left
Button RB : Rotate Z to the right
Button A : Play / Pause
Button LT/RT : Zoom
Button B : Hold it to accelerate the move
Video playing errors
- Video doesn't launch or stop after few seconds

It's a known bug on some low end device (512MB, like Lumia 520,620 etc.) : you have to restart your phone, and it will work like a charm ;) !
